Training Delivery
IPC Training results should always be measured in live fire, and in some cases, IPC is able to guarantee live fire results as part of RDP contracts.
Scope of Training
The scope of IPC training is the initial step. Planning, preparation, and solid courseware are all fundamental to results-driven training. Following preparation, IPC is proud to offer training that leads to guaranteed outcomes.
Study ahead - Trainees benefit greatly from having some course knowledge before onsite training.
Classroom - Setting expectations, establishing a shared understanding of key concepts, and defining "WIIFM" or “What's In It For Me,” are all benefits of structured classroom instruction.
Diagnostics - Technologies used to diagnose fundamental skills and provide highly accurate reporting to support instructors and the PIM Methods. Data ensures diagnostics are free of potential instructor bias with clear graphical reporting for immediate use.
Virtual (Simulation, Synthetic, VR) - High repetition training, provided in a safe format, under close supervision, offers tremendous potential for benefit. Since 2007, IPC has established past performance in making these technologies pay off, as they were intended, with real benefits.
Live Range - The primary measurement for the success of the RDP should be live range performance. It is widely accepted as the benchmark for qualifications and allows trainees to demonstrate the skills they have acquired before and during training.
HTT - Human Type Targets (HTT) are semi-autonomous moving target systems. The movement and realism of these targets challenge marksmanship skills and build psychological readiness associated with lethality. Falcon4 is the only place on earth where customers get a complete integrated solution from classrooms to simulators building specific skills associated with moving targets, to then engaging real robotic targets within urban environments.
Immersive Close Quarters Battle - Larger format training, focusing on unit-level coordination and joint response is an important offering.
IPC is prepared to provide hands-on instruction or can support an existing training cadre.
Live fire training opportunities should be seen as premium time. Trainees get greater benefit from the live fire opportunities, based on building fundamental skills in the other venues, such as dry fire stations and using synthetic or simulation systems.
IPC prides itself on being able to support other cadres. Shown here, IPC has the privilege of working with Invictus International, offering their world-class live fire training in a synthetic learning environment.
IPC is proud to be flexible and adaptable, and able to support U.S. allied training requirements wherever and whenever they exist.
